Can anybody do the RUNSEEING BERLIN tour?
Well, you don’t need to be a professional runner, but you should be comfortable jogging up to 10km's. The goal is to have fun during the run, explore the city and not have to monitor your condition constantly. BUT we also want you to feel happy after the run and therefore a little sweat is a must :) However - for your physical condition we can of course not take liability.
What is the pace of the city running tour?
The pace is everything between 5:00min/km and 6:30min/km. We will adapt the pace to the speed level and the physical condition of the group. No worries!
What do I need to bring?
You should come in running clothes, adequate shoes and depending on the weather bring wet weather gear. As we will be stopping at major landmarks, it's a good idea to bring along something warm. If you want to take pictures then an armwrist for your mobile phone is recommended or something to carry your mobile phone or camera with you that is suitable for running.
Is there a possibility to store some clothes or bags?
The group run starts and ends at the boutique gym BECYCLE where you can store your belongings and take a shower after the run. Please bring your own towel. Shampoo and othe shower stuff is also provided. For the private run we will pick you up from your hotel.
In which language is the city running tour?
The tour can be in German or English depending on the guide and the language of the group majority. For private tours please indicate if you wish to do the tour in German or English.
